A SHARED WALK OF FAITH

Sometimes we don’t need another Bible study, another thing to accomplish, or another place to have all the right answers.

A Closer Walk

We need space to slow down, notice God, wrestle honestly with how His Word meets what we’re living, and practice walking with Him through it — feeling seen, understood, and encouraged alongside others doing the same.

A closer walk with God — in the life you’re actually living.

“…encouraging one another…” — Hebrews 10:24–25

A Closer Walk is that kind of space.

A warm, Scripture-rooted community for people who want to keep their faith more present, practical, and connected to everyday life.

How do I trust God when I can’t control an outcome?

What am I responsible for — and what I need to leave with God?

How do I find peace when life feels noisy, heavy, or uncertain?

How do I offer grace without ignoring truth?

How do I make room for God when I’m already struggling to keep up with everyone and everything else?

WHERE FAITH MEETS REAL LIFE

We can read the Word, go to church, even have the right answers- and still find that love, grace, boundaries, forgiveness and courage are hard to live out in real life.

KNOWING IS ONE THING.

Living it is another.

A Closer Walk is a place to bring the messy, the everyday, and the in-between to God and to each other- so His truth moves from our heads to our hearts, and from our hearts into our lives.

Faith was always meant for real life.

Learning to walk with Him on the daily — not just in the big, “worthy” moments, but in the ordinary ones too. In all of it.

“Whatever you do… do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus.” — Colossians 3:17

Not just learning more about God.

These are the kinds of questions we bring.

WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE IN REAL LIFE?

The best way to understand A Closer Walk is to hear what people are noticing as they live it.

"It fills a place in my life I didn’t realize needed filling."

I have the hardest time defining it for others but can attest it’s a genuine community full of positivity and encouragement.

Our Rhythm Together

A Closer Walk doesn’t disappear between gatherings.

IN BETWEEN: A LITTLE CONNECTION

Each month, you’ll receive simple reflection pages connected to the Main Gathering and a Grace & Growth guide to help carry the conversation a little further.

ALONG THE WAY: SOMETHING TO COME BACK TO

These are smaller, more conversational gatherings where we take the month’s ideas a little deeper.

ONCE A MONTH: GRACE & GROWTH TABLES

We come together on Zoom for about 75 minutes to explore the month’s theme through Scripture, reflection, conversation, and prayer.

ONCE A MONTH: MAIN GATHERING

There’s usually some teaching, some thinking out loud together, and space to consider:

What might God be showing me here — and what could it look like to actually live this?

You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right.

Less “lesson.” More real life.

What are you noticing?
Where is this getting hard?
What are you trying to practice?
What are you still wrestling with?

It’s often where the best “Ohhh… I hadn’t thought about it that way” moments happen.

Tables are offered on Zoom and, currently, in person in Moses Lake.

Our WhatsApp group stays lightly active with occasional Scriptures, song suggestions, questions, encouragement, reminders, anecdotes, and sometimes something just for fun.

Nothing you need to keep up with.

Just little connections and nudges to keep us noticing God in the middle of regular life.

They aren’t homework.

Think of them more as resources to come back to — questions, Scriptures, reflections, and simple practices you can use when they’re helpful.

The goal isn’t to add more to your plate.

It’s to help you bring God more intentionally into the plate you already have.

A few simple, steady touchpoints to help us keep faith present in everyday life.

Feeling like this might be your kind of space?

ONE THEME. A WHOLE QUARTER TO LIVE WITH IT.

Each quarter, we choose one theme and explore it together from a few different angles.

Not because there’s a curriculum we need to finish, but because some things are worth staying with long enough to let them move from something we know to something we’re actually learning to live.

The theme gives our conversations a common thread while still leaving plenty of room for real life to show up.

NOW UNDERWAY- Q4 2026:

PRAY

What if prayer is less about finding the right words — and more about learning to live in conversation with God?

This quarter, we’ll explore prayer as relationship rather than performance: becoming more aware of God’s presence, learning to listen and respond, and discovering what prayer can look like in the middle of ordinary life.

Trust

love

What are we carrying?

What belongs to us — and what doesn’t?

What might it look like to release what we can’t control and keep returning to trust?

How do we more fully receive God’s love?

What does it look like to love others from that overflow?

And how do we love with grace, truth, and wisdom when relationships get complicated?

KEEP WALKING.

A Shared Walk of Faith

A closer walk with God isn’t something any of us finally “arrives” at.

It’s learning to notice Him, trust Him, receive from Him, and keep turning toward Him in the middle of the life we’re already living.

And sometimes, it helps to have a few people walking alongside us.

Come as you are. There’s room for you here.
