Your mind feels busy, reactive, or hard to quiet
You overthink or replay conversations after they happen
Stress or emotion affects how you show up
You want more calm, clarity, and consistency day to day
You're ready to build stronger mental and emotional resilience
For years, I focused on leadership and communication.
And I kept seeing the same pattern: even the most capable, thoughtful people struggled
not because they didn’t know what to do —
but because stress changed how they showed up in the moment.
When I was introduced to Mental Fitness, it didn’t just deepen my understanding of that dynamic- it changed how I experienced it. It shifted how I respond under pressure, how I move through difficult moments,
and how I show up in my relationships.
I’ve seen those same shifts in my family and in the leaders I work with.
That’s why this work has become foundational in what I offer - because without it, even the best strategies and tools are harder to access when it matters most.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Introducing
Small-group sessions to reflect, integrate, and apply the tools in real life.
Personal coaching support for deeper application.
Short, guided exercises that make the work practical and doable.
Progressive weekly focus designed to strengthen specific mental ‘muscles".
You’re looking for quick motivation without practice
You prefer purely conceptual learning
You’re not in a place to engage with the process
You’re thoughtful and self-aware -but still feel reactive at times
You replay conversations or overthink decisions
You want practical tools, not just insight
You’re willing to show up consistently (not perfectly)
What happens during the weekly live pod sessions?
The weekly pod sessions are small-group virtual gatherings designed for integration and application.
We review the week’s focus, explore real-life scenarios, and discuss how the tools apply to your current challenges. These sessions are supportive, reflective, and practical - not lecture-based.
The goal is to help you translate concepts into lived experience.
What is the time commitment each week?
The program is intentionally designed to be doable.
Daily app-based exercises take only a few minutes. Weekly live pod sessions typically run about 60 minutes.
Most participants spend approximately 15–20 minutes per day in structured practice. The key is consistency, not intensity.
This is mental training - not another overwhelming commitment.
Do I need to be a leader to participate?
While many of my leadership and coaching clients move through this work, the 8-week Mental Fitness program is designed for anyone who wants to strengthen how they respond to stress, pressure, or difficult conversations.
What exactly is a “Saboteur”?
Saboteurs are automatic thought patterns that activate under stress. They are not personality flaws - they are mental habits. Patterns like self-criticism, people-pleasing, hyper-control, avoidance, or perfectionism often operate beneath the surface and quietly shape how we react.
In this program, you’ll identify your dominant Saboteurs and learn how to notice and shift them in real time. The goal isn’t perfection - it’s awareness and choice.
What if I miss a live session?
Life happens. If you’re unable to attend a pod session, you’ll still have access to the app-based training and materials for that week. While live participation enhances the experience, the daily practices and lessons continue to build your mental fitness regardless.
